PRODUCTION
Create signs with Sign Studio
Sign Studio combines templates and exhibitor data into downloadable PDFs. Shared signs require two exhibitors to be paired correctly.
Before you start
Use the correct event and an account with permission for this workflow. Have the relevant order, files or event details ready. Control labels can vary with the active language and installed version.
Step by step
Step 1
Open Sign Studio for the correct event and select the project.
Step 2
Configure templates and text/logo placement. Use left, right or double layouts as required.
Step 3
Import the CSV/XLSX with booth, company and required columns. Pair shared signs using the same Sign ID and left/right sides.
Step 4
Review previews and quality warnings. Correct invalid pairings or missing logos before generation.
Step 5
Generate a single PDF or a batch ZIP. Keep the tab open and save the download locally.
Check the result
Confirm that the requested change or action appears in the correct event, order or design. Keep relevant confirmations and avoid repeating an action until its result is clear.
If something goes wrong
Generated PDFs are download-only in the recent version. Templates and logos remain reusable; do not assume that a new PDF was saved on the server.
